Thank you for stopping by! Since 2005 I have navigated my way through this crazy photography industry. I'm blessed to call this my full-time profession and am humbled by my clients who have become friends over the past several years. In 2010 I obtained my Certified Professional Photographer accreditation from the Professional Photography Association, which signifies my technical and artistic abilities. In 2016 I made the tough decision to close my storefront studio, but continue to offer on-location (indoor and outdoor) settings while operating my office from home.
From 2005-2016 I operated as "Jolies Images," which meant "pretty pictures" in French. However, my website domain expired and rather then pay $$$ to purchase it back, I re branded as simply Aaron Novack Photography after mistakenly being called Jolies for 11 years!
I have chosen to approach my photography style as "casual elegance". While I "cautiously dabble" in current photography trends, I understand photos aren't meant to just pop up on your social media feed and then never be seen again. I desire for my work to have a "timeless" element so that your children and grandchild don't make fun of your wildly outdated portraits.
The most precious thing this business has given me is the absolute privilege of being apart of so many families' stories. Having a family invite me into their life and being vulnerable enough to let me capture them through photography is an honor and I would love to get the invitation from your family!
